Terms and conditions for engaging BrandRemapping for software development, web engineering, mobile apps, design, and digital services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging BrandRemapping for services, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws.
2. Services & Project Engagements
We provide digital product services including web and mobile development, custom software, AI solutions, UI/UX, branding, and media. Deliverables, timelines, milestones, and fees are set out in a mutually approved proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
After full payment of agreed fees, bespoke deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you, subject to any third-party or open-source licenses. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and reusable materials remain with their respective owners.
4. Payment Terms
Payments follow the milestones agreed for each engagement. Invoices are payable using the payment method and within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide the assets, access, information, feedback, and approvals reasonably needed to complete the work on schedule.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BrandRemapping is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a project. Any direct liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
