Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Model

BrandRemapping is a digital product and engineering studio. Services, software, websites, apps, design assets, and videos are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is involved and no physical shipping fees are charged.

2. Delivery Channels

Project deliverables are handed over through secure digital channels, such as live cloud deployments, private source-code repositories, app testing or store platforms, secure file sharing, and digital documentation.

3. Delivery Timelines

Timelines depend on scope and complexity and are agreed during onboarding. Typical estimates include:

• Custom web applications: 2–6 weeks.
• Mobile applications: 3–8 weeks.
• Video editing and motion graphics: 2–7 business days per batch.
• Digital design assets: 24–72 hours after milestone kickoff.
• Ongoing support: continuous delivery under the agreed service level.

4. Proof of Delivery & Acceptance

At each milestone or final handover, we provide a delivery confirmation with the relevant repository links, preview or production URLs, files, and handover documentation.
